‘Hustler Pastor’ on a mission to change lives

“We all know what the Bible says about children and this is exactly what we are doing.”

EVATON.-Pastor Roy Stoki is a man on a mission to make a difference in the Graceland, Evaton West Ext1 community.

It was early Christmas for kids in the area when Pastor Stoki fed more than 100 of them recently. In fact, Stoki said he was targeting 30 children, but he ended up feeding more than 100 kids. Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, Stoki said that this project is for children who are from informal settlements. Stoki, who called himself ’Hustler Pastor’, told Sedibeng Ster that his dream is to have a kitchen that would feed the children in the whole community.

“Working for the community is my passion and the Vaal Triangle will never be the same again. God was good to me and by His grace we managed to cook for more than 100 children. This project is the first of its kind in the area and we intend to feed more children in informal settlements during this festive season. We appeal to businesspeople in this area to come onboard to feed these children because most of their parents have lost their jobs because of Covid-19. We want to help as much as we can to make a difference in our community by changing the lives of these children. We all know what the Bible says about children and this is exactly what we are doing,” said Stoki.
