MIDVAAL. – The Executive Mayor of Midvaal Local Municipality (MLM), Peter Teixeira will on Thursday, 28 June deliver the 2023 State of the Municipality Address (SOMA).
According to MLM, Teixeira will be announcing major regional infrastructure developments.
“During the SOMA, the Executive Mayor will provide an overview of the municipality’s accomplishments in the past year and highlight plans and projects for the year ahead.”
Teixeira will further highlight the “Investing in Midvaal” agenda, which includes clean energy, innovative service delivery and expanding SMMEs within the municipality.
“The SOMA is important as it establishes transparency with residents and serves to hold the municipality accountable regarding its service delivery promises” said MLM.
