Miss Finetown Beauty pageant a success

“I am someone who wants to enrich her community and I want to groom a leader that will look up for her community."

ORANGE FARM. – The Miss Fine Town Beauty Pageant was held at the Fine Town Multi-Purpose Centre on December 3.

Speaking to Sedibeng Ster, one of its organisers Shantel Sibanda said that the contest aims to uplift models correctly by doing projects and attending workshops.

“I am someone who wants to enrich her community and I want to groom a leader that will look up for her community. Miss Fine Town is also a local Pageant that aims to educate its people about modeling, at the same time it aims to take the youth out of the streets.”

The pageant, which is an annual event, has been ongoing for years.

“People from this community have less knowledge and less support concerning modeling so we decided that there won’t be auditions instead anyone interested entered.”

The Top 3 at the event were:

  • Queen: Ayanda Buthelezi
  • 1st Princess: Amahle Dangisa
  • 2nd Princess: Tshepo Lekale

Sibanda said that as an organisation they are looking for who can contact them at, Facebook: Miss Fine Town, What’s App: 0769083011, or by calling 065 946 0458.
