DE DEUR – The diligent work carried out by the police in the district was celebrated at the annual Sedibeng District Excellence Awards ceremony held at Balmoral Gardens Venue on September 26.

During this event, De Deur SAPS received a prestigious award from the Sedibeng District SAPS for Support of the Year, specifically for exceptional HR Management, emphasising the wonderful work by this office.

Speaking to Ster North, police spokesperson Constable Mampho Mahlomola explained that the station was honoured for outstanding administrative support and exceptional human resource management excellence, demonstrating unwavering commitment to organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

The management of De Deur SAPS welcomed the award and applauded the HR team.

The Acting Station Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Anver Hammond, further emphasised the importance of teamwork. He commended and encouraged members to keep up with the exceptional work.
Hammond motivated other departments to embrace the progress, remove all the consternation, and elevate De Deur SAPS to greater recognition.
