On my mind – If I could change one thing about this world

I’ve always wondered, if I had superpowers to change the world, what I would change.

I’ve always wondered, if I had superpowers to change the world, what I would change. Since I’ve been thinking about it tho- roughly, I would significantly increase the human intelligence – by doing that, I think the world would be a much better place for all. Every day, you hear stories of people doing wrong and unnecessary things to one another. Some people prefer to solve matters by taking their own lives when trouble comes upon them. Some people can’t solve problems verbally but rather get physical with one another and kill or injure each other. They do wrong things that will only get them a free ticket to jail or take them to the grave at a young age. I believe that if human intelligence was increased, people would think twice before doing something wrong or something that would destroy their lives and hurt their loved ones. I believe that, if human intelligence was increased, people would have more ambition and goals, they would focus on bettering their lives. People would have a better perception of life. Through our intelligence, we would possess the cognitive ability to learn, form concepts, understand, apply logic, and reason, including the capacities to recognise patterns, comprehend ideas, plan, problem-solve, make decisions, retain information and use language to communicate. Intelligence enables us to experience and think.
