VANDERBIJLPARK.- Flair Feet Stars Football Club winger Charles Dlamini has earned a proud selection for the Gauteng Provincial U15 Squad.

He stands out as the only representative from both the Emfuleni Local Football Association and the Sedibeng Region to make the provincial line-up.His journey to the squad followed a series of standout performances through local and regional selection stages led by coach Thulani Mtimkulu.

Out of 12 players chosen at the regional level, Dlamini was the only one to advance further after impressing selectors alongside competitors from the Gauteng Development League.

Thabo Mathinye, head of the Emfuleni Local Football Association, spoke to Sedibeng Ster Sport and praised the achievement as proof that dedication, discipline, and hard work yield results.

“The success highlights the strength of the local development pathway in producing top-tier talent,” he said.

The selection process began at Mohloli Secondary School with competitive trials held at President Park and Shakespeare Stadium. From there, 12 chosen players travelled to Florida Albion in Roodepoort alongside representatives from the Lesedi Local Football Association to form the Sedibeng Regional Squad, where Dlamini ultimately caught the eye of the provincial selectors.
