A HOST of craft markets took place at various venues on the South Coast last weekend.
Those who took a scenic drive to Leopard Rock Coffee Shop and Lookout Chalets, where the first Oribi Gorge Market took place, were definitley not disappointed. This exciting new country market featured local artists and craftsmen and allowed guests to grab a basket and fill it with all sorts of locally produced goodies.
Stalls included a wide range of handcrafts, bric-a-brac amd home-made eats and treats. The beautiful scenery and tranquil setting made the venue a perfect spot for this market.
The Oribi Gorge Market will be held on a monthly basis. For more information, queries, or to book your stall, contact Mariette at 083 3325057 or Sue at 083 2655261.
