THE Lower South Coast ANCYL (ANC Youth League) will be hosting the Provincial ANCYL OR Tambo games from November 15 to 17 at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre.
This event will include sporting codes such as soccer and netball for both males and females, basketball and volleyball for males, as well as ingqathu (an indigenous game).
There will be a motorcade and blitz on Friday, November 15, followed by a lecture on OR Tambo and an address by the ANC provincial chairman, Senzo Mchunu. Later on, the evening will be a pre-party for the games.
On Saturday, November 16, the actual games will take place with all KwaZulu-Natal regions competing against each other. Sunday, November 17, will be the games finals, awarding of prizes to winning teams and the closing ceremony.
Youth are invited to come and enjoy the games, as there will be performances by various artists and DJs throughout the weekend.
