STONECROFT Ministries’ November meeting, the last one for the year, took the form of a very informative workshop, at Port Shepstone Country Club.
Lilian du Plessis demonstrated the art of using ribbons and bows to create beautifully wrapped presents and how to make simple but very attractive table decorations.

She also shared ideas and guests, even the less artistic, were soon making colourful and decorative bows.
Lilian explained that with all the textures of ribbons on the market, gift wrapping and table decorations can always be exciting and different.
After all the hard work everyone enjoyed traditional eats and sang Christmas carols. Accompanying them on the piano was Tracey Taylor.

Elize Scheepers was the speaker of the day and she shared her story on how her life was changed through a Bible that had been left in her office by a missionary friend.
Stonecroft Ministries’ committee wishes everyone a blessed festive season and prosperous new year.
The first meeting of 2014 will be at PSCC on Friday, January 24. The topic of discussion is ‘physically challenged’ and the guest speaker will be Sunetta van Zyl.
