PORT SHEPSTONE’S Nedbank is taking customer service and sales excellence to new heights. The bank hosted a client appreciation evening cocktail party for its business banking sector on Wednesday last week.
Jenny Goddard, Nedbank’s, regional business head of Nedbank Business Banking KZN, said that despite the harsh economic climate, the bank has triumphed and staff had still managed to exceed targets handed down by senior management.
“I have noted each of my team members’ strengths and competencies and encouraged them to use them accordingly. That is what has grown Port Shepstone Nedbank to being so successful,” said Ms Goddard.
“The team at Port Shepstone Nedbank will always strive to give customers a pleasant and informative banking experience.”
The success of the party was also largely attributed to the great people the bank has in its employ, who go beyond boundaries to make things happen for their clients.
