Reward offered for safe return of Scottburgh’s Siphesihle (3)

A cash reward of R40 000 will be handed to whoever brings the little girl home safely.

Six months after three-year-old Siphesihle Zamangwane Dlamini disappeared outside a church in Amandawe near Scottburgh, there is still no sign of the little girl.

Siphesihle and her mother, Thabisile Dlamini had been living in KwaNyuswa when they were invited to a church service in Amandawe on December 31 last year.

According to reports, her mother and Mxolisi Ngwane, her father, had now been subjected to lie detector tests in order to determine if they had told police the truth about their child’s disappearance.

Both parents had reportedly passed the test.

The desperate mother posted on Facebook that people did not understand the pain she was in and were too quick to judge her.

“People don’t know how it feels to not know where your child is. Has she eaten or is she wearing warm clothes? Is she dead or still alive?

“I have seen a lot this year, countless dead bodies but I have never complained because I never had a mother or a father who loved me. That’s why I gave my child the best I could until someone took her from me,”.

A cash reward of R40 000 is offered for Siphesihle’s safe return. To follow the case, visit the “Help Find Missing Siphesihle” Facebook page.

Provincial police spokesman Colonel Thulani Zwane said Umzinto police were still investigating.
