Sheppie Snippets: Enter the leap year volleyball tournament

Public support is needed for sporting tournaments.

The Port Shepstone Volleyball Association kicks off the leap year with a knock out tournament this Saturday, February 29.

Join in for a day of fun, family and volleyball. The cost is R250 per team. The premier section and division one are for registered players only.

The social division is open to all. Registration is from 1pm to 1.30pm.

The Maha Vishnu Temple is holding its third golf day on Sunday, March 1 and seeks support from businesses and individuals.

A hole sponsorship of R400 or more or two identical prizes will be most appreciated. Sponsors can set up banners or flags around the golf course for the day.

All players are welcome. Great prizes to be won including R10 000 for a hole-in-one on the easy 14th hole.

A reunion is being planned for the Class of ’78 of Port Shepstone Indian High School (Port Shepstone Secondary School) in Albersville on June 6 2020.
