Cut and colour for Cansa

This year's Cansa Shavathon was well supported by mid-South Coasters.

THE 17th national Cansa Shavathon was held at various locations countrywide last week.

This year’s theme was “Hope”, as participants gave hope to cancer survivors and loved ones, by showing solidarity with them in the fight against cancer when they either cut, shaved or sprayed their hair.

Dominic Jarvis shaves his head in support of this year’s Shavathon.

Mid-South Coasters supported the Shavathon at Scottburgh High last Friday and at Scottburgh Mall on Saturday.

Funds raised go towards Cansa’s care and support programmes for patients, loved ones and caregivers.
