Illegal radio scanners seized from Port Shepstone shop
The store owners were issued with a warning.
Seventy-one illegal radio scanners, with an estimated value of R36 000, were confiscated by police in Port Shepstone on Wednesday last week.
This was the result of an intelligence operation by Warrant Officer Johan Terblanche and other members of Saps Port Shepstone K9 and the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa).

Police spokesman Captain Petros Mpinge said the scanners were seized during the search of a shop in Aiken Street.
The store owners were issued with a warning.
