Two life terms for man who raped child (13)
The girl was on her way back from the store in Hibberdene on November 21, 2017, when she noticed that a man was following her.
Two life sentences were handed to Wiseman Vusimuzi Ngwane (38) by the Scottburgh Magistrate’s Court last month for the rape of a teenager.

She tried to run away from him, but he grabbed her and pulled her into the bushes where he raped her twice.
The girl was able to identify Ngwane, and a police identikit proved invaluable in finding and arresting the the culprit.
The sentences are to run concurrently.
The investigating officer, Sergeant Shaun Pillay was satisfied that his hard work resulted in a harsh and deserved sentence.
