Off the Hook: Ryan hooks a place in provincial team

PENNINGTON Ski Boat-club’s Ryan Pellew (16) has been selected as a member of the KZN U19 Black team for this year’s Junior Gamefish Nationals.
Ryan will be competing alongside teammates Dylan Westoby (captain) and Altaf Steenkamp.

“On behalf of the Natal Deep Sea Angling Association, I congratulate Ryan on attaining this recognition of his abilities, of which he can be justifiably proud,” said NDSAA president, Nick Nel.
“We are sure that he will be a good ambassador for our province, both on and off the water.”
The tournament is organised by the South African Deep Sea Angling Association and is hosted by the NDSAA.
The young anglers will head to Point Yacht Club in Durban where the tournament will run from March 22 to 27.
