UPDATE: Ugu District records 107 Covid-19 deaths

There are 4 864 confirmed cases in the district.

As of Monday, September 21, KwaZulu-Natal has 117 743 confirmed Covid-19 cases, according to the Department of Health.

Of these, 7 148 are active with 173 new cases confirmed today.

Some 2 532 people have died from the disease in the province.

The recovery rate is 108 063.

The total number of people screened is 13 846 095 and the total tests conducted are 272 492.
