Beach walk ends in hospital for man

The man was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Emergency services responded to an incident at Port Shepstone beach, near The Block early yesterday morning (Monday 17th). 

Glen Preston of Med-Evac said bystanders saw a man slip and fall into the water.

Paramedics carry the man to the ambulance.

“They went to help him out of the water and he had stopped breathing.”

Mr Preston confirmed the man was treated by paramedics and taken to hospital in a stable condition.
