Golfers invited to cancer fundraiser

National Cancer Help representatives, Adam Casper Jooste and Maureen van der Westhuizen, invite golfers to a Cancer Golf Day fundraiser at Umdoni Park Golf Club on Sunday, May 30.

The format will be a betterball Stableford and tee off is from 11am. Entry is R200.

The duo have become familiar faces on the South Coast as they are often spotted educating people on cancer and National Cancer Help at malls and shopping centres.

“Our main focus as the organisation is education, motivation and counselling for cancer patients and their families… but we can only do it with the financial help of the public,” explained Adam.
