Palestinian struggle highlighted in Scottburgh

Another curbside demonstration is expected today (May 28) in Umzinto at 4.15pm.

Community members and political parties representatives recently took to the streets to conduct a curbside demonstration to create awareness about the plight of the Palestinian struggle.

The demonstration took place in Scottburgh at the corner of Bram Fischer and Williamson streets and at the intersection near the Scottburgh Mall.

A number of drivers honked their hooters in support of freeing Palestine.

Another curbside demonstration is expected today (May 28) in Umzinto at 4.15pm as a build up to a public lecture on the topic on a date yet to be confirmed.
