Successful delivery thanks to rapid response
Upon arrival, Arumugam assisted the woman who gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
It was just another day at work for Lazer 911 medical response officer, Nolan Arumugam when he assisted with an emergency delivery in Oslo Beach on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lazer 911 Security Medical Rapid Response Unit was dispatched, after reports of a woman being in labour at a home in Seaward Lane.

Upon arrival, Arumugam assisted the woman who gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
He continued to provide assistance to the woman and baby until they were transported to hospital.
“A lot of the work that Lazer does is aimed at helping our community wherever we can,” he added.
With around 35 years’ experience in the field, assisting with the delivery was nothing new for Arumugam.
Both mother and baby are healthy and were discharged from Port Shepstone Regional Hospital on Wednesday.
