Bail denied to man (25) charged for Tweni couple’s murder
Due to the sensitive nature of the case, the man's name has been kept out of the media.
Bail was denied to the 25-year-old man who has been charged with the murder of Tweni couple, Murray and Julie Ross.
The popular and well-loved couple was found dead in their Umtentweni home on Saturday, August 28.
The man appeared in the Port Shepstone Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday this week.
Due to the sensitive nature of the case, the man’s name has been kept out of the media.
He is facing a second charge of house robbery, and will appear again in court on October 7 for further investigation.
There have been no other arrests at this stage.
