Update: Handbag found on Southport beach returned to owner

Her goods have been returned, much to her relief and delight.

Update:

The handbag and other personal effects have been reunited with their owner.

A Herald reporter found a handbag on the rocks near Southport beach early on Monday morning.

The discarded handbag and its contents, looks like it may have been stolen and thrown onto the rocks.

Some travel documents was also found near the handbag.

ID and bank cards and many personal items belonging to a couple with the surname, Ramballee was found on the rocks.
