Diwali show set to light up Port Shepstone

The eagerly awaited annual Diwali festival, hosted by the Port Shepstone Hindu Cultural Federation, will take place at the Andhra Sabha Hall in Lions Grove on October 31.

The fun-filled day begins with a morning float procession and display through the Port Shepstone CBD by participating member temples.

The afternoon programme starts at 15:00, featuring local groups and temples with sketches, songs and dances followed by live entertainment between 20:00 and 22:00.

Thereafter a deejay will keep things going until midnight.
