A video, taken by Brendan Cluley, surfaced on social media on Sunday morning of a shark trapped in a tidal pool.

Mystery surrounds the discovery of a baby shark in the St Mike’s tidal pool on Sunday. It is believed to be a grey shark and could have been deliberately dumped in the pool by an angler after it had been caught.

A video surfaced on social media on Sunday morning and one can clearly see the shark in the pool.

According to some bystanders, they have seen children trying to poke it with fishing rods. They were quickly stopped and the shark is fine, unharmed.

Fishermen thought that the trapped shark would be able to leave the tidal pool during high tide, but that was not achieved and it is believed to still be trapped in the pool.
