Body found along railway line
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
An inquest has been opened for investigation at Port Shepstone Saps after the body of a man was found on a railway line at Port Shepstone.
Lazer 911 Reaction and Response Unit officer Winston Lemon was notified about a body found in the bushes on December 8.
He found the body of a man believed to be in his 30s and contacted the police. Police confirmed the incident and added that the body was handed to forensic pathology services personnel.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
