HELP: Teen (16) missing after leaving home in upper Melville, KZN South Coast

Her family has appealed to the public to share the information in the hope of bringing her home safely.

A search is under way for 16-year-old Claudine McGregor, who was reported missing after leaving her home in upper Melville on Thursday (July 23) evening.

According to her father, Gerhard Claude McGregor, Claudine was last seen at about 20:47 when she climbed out of her bedroom window and ran away.

Claudine, who lives on Farm No:27, Melville (after the Rice Farm, Southport) was wearing a grey sweater, blue shorts, white and pink takkies, and a grey beanie when she disappeared.

She has a long scar on her left arm.

The poster currently being circulated.

Police have opened a missing person case and are appealing to anyone who may have seen Claudine or knows where she is to come forward.

Claudine McGregor is missing.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the nearest police station or Gerhard Claude McGregor on 061 735 6640.
