The National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) Station 20 Shelly Beach will host an open day on October 23, inviting members of the public to learn more about volunteering with the sea rescue crew.
The open day starts at 10:00 and forms part of the station’s volunteer recruitment drive.
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the crew, learn more about the work carried out by the station and find out how they can get involved as volunteers.
The NSRI is encouraging anyone interested in making a difference and becoming part of the sea rescue team to attend.
