Joanne’s Angels are on the move big time and many people benefited last week.
We handed over about 40 baby bags for newborn babies to GJ Crookes Hospital.
We were also delighted to hand over bags of clothing to Roy Bhoola and Niven Pillay for distribution to less privileged people in the Umzinto community.

As a non-profit organisation, it is always such a blessing to help those in need.
To our community out there, we ask you to think about those in need please.
Let’s take hands with one another and make a difference, it does not take a lot to make a difference in people’s lives.
We are so very grateful to those in the community who help Joanne’s Angels on a regular basis.
Because food does not fall from heaven, the organisation has to buy food to help those in need and in most cases, we assume the responsibility.
At the moment we have people phoning every day for help as there is nowhere to go for help and it’s not because these people are lazy to work.
There is just not enough work because of the economy.
The pensioners we help do get a government grant, but how far does that stretch when you have to pay for a place to stay and keep your head above water daily?
That is not living.
As an organisation, Joanne’s Angels will not see people starve.
In all the years of running Joanne’s Angels, I still can not get used to seeing children hungry, it hurts the soul.
With that in mind, please keep supporting us by donating so that we can continue to make a difference in the community.

We are desperately in need of furniture of any kind – bedding, blankets, toys and clothing for children and babies and are willing to collect items.
