I recently tried to renew my driver’s licence card in Umzinto.
Got there at about 7.30am but was turned away as only 30 people are allowed, and they don’t do eye tests.
The phone number (039 9741120) seems to be non-operational.
It was very stressful for my 74-year-old husband.
Why does this have to be such a mammoth task?
