DEAR Editor;
I read on Sunday, March 28, 2021 on News 24 in the Witness, KZN Department of water and sanitation urges KZN residents to use water sparingly as the winter season approaches.
On the three photos attached you can see how the fresh drinking water is running down the paving in our complex in Umtentweni.
This has been since February 28 this year and has been reported numerous times to Ugu District Municipality by the chairman of our complex and the complex next to ours, as well as the Body Corporate, but so far no response or action.
Now how do you get the residents to save or use water sparingly, if the municipality is not interested in fixing broken water pipes.
