OPINION: ‘Lions cater for cyclists’

They could go to the next table and have their sun glasses cleaned too.

DEAR Editor;

The Lions of Scottburgh catered for 2000 cyclists for sani2c on Saturday and Sunday.
We had a water table where the cyclists could refill the bottles, have a drink of energy water or cold drink.

Lion Seija Wicker preps a food table for sani2c cyclists.

If necessary, they could also wash their bike there and have their chain lubed.

The next four tables were stocked with boiled eggs, potatoes, meat balls, crumbed sliced chicken with salt, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, chutney, donuts, Chelsea buns, bananas, sliced oranges, energy bars, bowls of all types of sweets, chocolates and many other goodies.

They could go to the next table and have their sun glasses cleaned too.

The cyclists really enjoyed their stop over and we thank them for saying it was the best table during the whole ride.
