OPINION: South Coast Hospice blessed by volunteers

"They are outstanding examples of a couple that has put its hand up in the community."

Over the 40 years, South Coast Hospice has received wonderful support from the community, including people of all ages and walks of life.

Some of these are volunteers, who go above and beyond to help hospice.
We would like to express our grateful thanks to Gwyn and Fred Deacon of Ramsgate.

They are outstanding examples of a couple that has put its hand up in the community, to volunteer for different services.

Hospice would like to express its grateful thanks to Gwyn and Fred for representing hospice at the Hibiscus Mall to collect much needed items for our inpatient unit.

Please look out for them as they will be sitting at Southcoast Mall on Fridays, starting on October 27, taking pledges for this year’s annual Tree of Light, which will be hosted at the Port Shepstone Country Club.
