According to Port Shepstone police spokesperson, Captain Petros Mpinge, it is alleged that the 29-year-old man may be from the Louisiana area.
Mpinge said Detective Sergeant Belinda Francis is investigating an inquest case and can be contacted on 072 373 9047 at Port Shepstone Detective Service.
