Goodman and Hannes shine for Striders
Many of the runners took part with Comrades in mind.
THERE were 40 South Coast Striders’ members that took part in the recent Maritzburg Marathon and half marathon last Sunday.
Of these, 28 ran qualifying times for Comrades 2017.
Striders took podium prizes among the walkers, with Hannes Streuderst taking third in the men’s race and Moira King first in the women’s.
Striders thanked Manaba Spar for the donation of chocolates for the athletes after the race.
