TWENI
Harbour View Spar mixed pairs bowls competition was played out at the club last Monday.

Astrid Jackson and Tony Aveyard were the day’s winners ahead of Keith Mills and Tammy Gibbons who finished in second place.

The session prize was won by Andre and Elsa Lourens.

SOUTHBROOM
Winning the Mariner’s open fours at Southbroom last Thursday were Tony Waters, Julie Walker, Elaine Harrison and Colin Wright.

Runners-up were Shane Nienaber, Des Evans, Mervyn Barrott and Johnny Louch.

The first session prize went to Glenn Hatfield, Richard Derman, Rhett Butler and Steve Evans, and the second to Tiens Zietsman, Trevor Prinsloo, Sannie Balzar and Kobie Ritchie.

MARGATE
The Re-Max men’s 2-4-2 competition took place last Friday at the club. Marcus Steinmann and Dean Steinmann were the day’s winners, ahead of runners-up Alan Gibson and Trevor Haywood. The session prize went to Tiens Zietsman and Hugo Pio

In the ladies club singles played which took place last weekend, Franci Philpott was the day’s winner, ahead of runner-up Lenie Geyer.
