The Southbroom Padel courts were officially opened at the Southbroom Golf Club in December.
The opening included a ceremonial ribbon cutting and an inaugural grudge match between the captains of the Southbroom Golf Club, Gary Purtell and Southbroom Tennis Club, Pete Nelson.
Before the grudge match, there was a Padel Kids mini-tournament.
On Saturday, some tournaments catered for all levels of skill and ability. Beginners and intermediates played until noon, while advanced players played until 15:00.
This was followed by an expo match involving top players.
