Pro Vision Ballies triumph over Leitjies
A huge thank you was extended to the Perumal family for the sponsored prizes.
Pro-Vision golfers held their annual Ballies vs Leitjies at Port Edward Country Club last Sunday.
Youth (under 50s) challenged experience (over 50s), but the Ballies proved that age and wisdom can still rule the fairways.
This was true even in the father-son Ghingai rivalry, where dad Sew got the better of son Niren.
Overall, the Ballies had an average score of 32 points, three better than the Leitjies on 29 points.
Ballies’ top scorers were Sew Ghingai 39 points, Krish Kandasamy 37 points and Santhos Baskali 36 points.
Best for the Leitjies were Niren Ghingai 33 points, McAllister Korah 32 points and Nhlanhla Ndizimbovu 31 points.
Nearest the pins were Preggie Perumal (5th), Wesley Scholtz (14th) and Santhos Baskali (16th).
A huge thank you was extended to the Perumal family for the sponsored prizes.
