Melanie Venske, president of the Amanzimtoti Women’s Institute, welcomed all members, presidents and guests from other institutes.

It was sad to say goodbye to Joan Griffith, who will be going to England to live with her daughter. Toti WI will miss her, and wishes her all the best.

Members were entertained by Fancy Feet Dance Studio, and enjoyed it immensely.

Congratulations to all trophy winners, who had the highest marks for competition entries during the year.

Melanie Venske thanked all judges for adjudicating the competition entries.

The most scrumptious tea and snacks were then served, and enjoyed by all.

The raffle was won by Nan Podmore.

Amanzimtoti Women’s Institute meets in the library activities room on the second Tuesday of the month at 9.15 am. For more information, call Melanie Venske on 031-903-7461 or Muriel Hartwig on 031-903-1469.
