Lions brain teaser on sale

Then purchase a tea break brain teaser from eThekweni South Lions and help it fundraise. It’s fun and help keeps the mind active for all age groups. “We intend to sell the units to Lions clubs, as well as individuals and businesses,” said PRO, Mandy Roux. “We would like to see the brain teaser in all old age homes, doctors waiting rooms, restaurants, hospitals or mom’s handbag. Businesses can also print their logo on the teaser and give it as corporate gifts. The list is endless and it could be used just about anywhere.”
The brain teaser is a relaxing, easy game that can be played by anyone. It consists of a wooden triangle with 15 holes. Fourteen holes have golf tees occupying them and the 15th hole is left blank. The aim is to ‘jump’ one tee over any adjacent tee in a similar way that one would in a game of checkers. The direction of the jump does not matter.
Once the tee is ‘jumped’, it is removed from the play area. The aim of the game is to jump over all the tees until only one tee is left.
“Please support eThekwini with this fundraiser. The brain teaser sells for only R15. Clubs can purchase the game and re-sell it at for R25 or they can donate them to old age homes or children’s homes that will put them to good use,” said Mandy.
