Animal NGO lauds David Louder

The NGO acknowledged and appreciates the effort and dedication he showed towards caring for three female pups. “David bought the three pups in Woodland Lodge, Craigieburn. The pups had mange and worms and David came to see me at my office. Medication was given and strict instructions to return in one week’s time to medicate again,” said Nicky Koekemoer of 4 Paws. David returned a week later. “The puppies were transported in a makeshift basket on the back of his bicycle. He covered them with another wire basket and placed a black bag over the top to keep the sun out. They are looking so much better and are happy little pups.”
