Crashed motorists ‘pushed off N2’

Both cars came to rest in bush alongside the highway, one on its roof

MOTORISTS from two cars that were found crashed at the side of the N2 southbound, at about 3pm today (Saturday, 6 February), allege they were pushed off the highway by a taxi.

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to the scene on the N2 south between Moss Kolnick Drive and Adams Road. Reports from the two drivers of the vehicles indicate they were pushed off the road by a taxi.

The paramedics found the cars had come to rest in the bush alongside the highway, one on its roof. Medics treated the four people who sustained minor injuries, while another two escaped uninjured. The injured were transported to a local hospital.
