Sapphire Coast Tourism gears up for AGM

FULLY paid-up members are invited to attend the Sapphire Coast Tourism (SCT) annual general meeting at Happy Days conference room on Saturday, 20 August at 10.30am for 11am.

Interested members who would like to serve on the committee are requested to put forward their names for nomination by Friday, 12 August.

The SCT committee requests that members who attend the AGM have their fees paid up-to-date to participate in the nomination and voting of a creditable committee.

Current serving committee members nominated to serve for a two-year period, ending on 30 June 2017 are:

• Kim McCarthy – chairman and bylaws,
• Monique Botha – deputy chairman, treasurer and media communication,
• Louise Oosthysen – secretary,
• Romy Wenzel – portfolio international backpackers and accommodation,
• Ilana Kleingeld – portfolio transport, and
• Lizz van der Mescht – Aliwal Shoal and Umkomaas representative.
