VIDEO: Cool down with a juice pop

Use any fruit that you love and treat your taste buds to these yummy juice pops.

Easter is here and you will most probably spend it outside in the hot sun and you will do anything to keep cool. From taping ice packs on your body to swapping your work chair for a icy kiddies pool.

These are great ways to stay cool but an easier, less messier way is these delicious and easy to make juice pops, courtesy of the mother of D.I.Y, Martha Stewart.

She has blessed us with an easy to make juice pops recipe and all you need is:

1/3 cup sugar

2 cups fruit juice, nectar, or puree, such as watermelon, grapefruit, or pineapple.

In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup water to a boil over heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, 30 minutes. Stir in juice. Pour mixture into eight 85g  ice-pop moulds. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until solid, 6 hours (or up to 2 weeks).
