Streetlight contract future in the dark

Some contractors are still repairing and replacing streetlights but they will not be paid.

eThekwini Municipality’s streetlights contract has come to the end of its term and, according to ward 97’s Cllr Andre Beetge, the city has not extended the contract as of yet.
