Car-jacker sentenced to 48 years imprisonment

Hard work and dedication has resulted in the successful conviction.

Members of the Isipingo Trio Task team worked tirelessly to convicted a suspect linked to several car-jacking cases.
The suspect, Sanele Ngubane, 31, was sentenced to a total of 48 years imprisonment.

“The task team members worked tirelessly during the festive period starting on Christmas Day linking the suspect to the numerous cases,” said communications officer of Isipingo SAPS Captain, David Ragavan.

“I commend these members for their dedication and good work, professional investigation which resulted in the bail being opposed, a successful conviction and sentencing of the accused to a total of 48 years.”
