According to a statement from Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA), Coetzee had informed her boyfriend that she was travelling to Johannesburg for a job interview with a security company.

“She was dropped off at the bus station by her boyfriend at approximately 05:15 on the day of her disappearance. After that he lost all contact with her. Her partner made enquiries with the bus company and it was confirmed that Coetzee did not purchase a ticket. He also made telephonic contact with the security company in Johannesburg and was informed that it had not advertised any vacancies and had not set up any interviews,” said RUSA.

A missing persons report was filed at the Durban Central Police Station on November 3. Anyone with information regarding Coetzee can contact RUSA on 086 1234 333.
