The City’s technicians are working swiftly to identify and resolve the fault.

As a result of the disruption, residents may be unable to reach emergency teams through the usual channels. To provide constant emergency support, the Municipality has activated temporary alternative numbers while repairs continue.

Residents are urged to use the following numbers to report fire and emergency-related incidents until further notice, 076 223 2224 or 063 603 5775.

Regular updates will be provided through the Municipality’s official communication platforms.
