Load-shedding reinstated: Check how your area will be affected

Stage 3 loadshedding will continue throughout the weekend. Consumers are urged to check the schedule and plan accordingly.

ESKOM announced today (March 7) that it has implemented Stage 3 load-shedding until 05:00, March 10.

In a statement, Eskom said the load-shedding was implemented after 2 700MW of power were lost over the past 14 hours. It is anticipated that 6 200MW will be restored by the time load-shedding is suspended.
