Body found at Pipeline Beach, Amanzimtoti

Dawn Gounden of Renegades Search and Rescue said there is no missing persons report opened with the police, which is why any leads from the community might prove useful.

RENEGADES Search and Rescue, together with Amanzimtoti police, is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the next of kin of a man whose body was found at Pipeline Beach in Amanzimtoti on September 29.

Dawn Gounden of Renegades said there is no missing persons report opened with the police, which is why any leads from the community might prove useful.

Description of the man:

• Black male, approximately 45+ years old
• Well built (big in weight)
• Dark complexion, round face
• Has dreadlocks
• Wore a green traditional attire
• Had goat skin bangles (Zulu bangles) on both hands
• Wore traditional beads on his neck and both hands
